Yam with Veggies and Stock Fish
Boiled yam with stir fried green peppers, onions, mixed with stock fish bites in tomato light sauce. A true delicacy
Time 30 mins.
Ingredients:
Yam
Stock fish
1 green ball peppers
Half cut Onions
Spinach
Thyme
Garlic
Choice of Sauce
Salt to taste
Directions:
1) Heat oil in a skillet, add cut onions, thyme and garlic and let fry for 3 minutes
2) Add the stock fish bites, choice of sauce and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes
3) Add the green peppers and spinach and let it cook for 3 minutes
4) Boil yam for 15 minutes or until cooked.
5) Food is ready!
