Okra
Onions
One diced scotch bonnet pepper
Half cut Onions
Thyme
Garlic
Choice of Sauce
Salt to taste
Directions:
1) Heat oil in a wok, add the cut okra, onions, pepper, thyme, salt and garlic and let it it fry for 5 to 10 minutes minutes
2) Boil rice until cooked
