Stir Fry Snails and Potatoes

Stir-fry snails and potatoes in turmeric pepper sauce with sauteed vegetables. Substitute the sauce with your choice of sauce, you can also choose rice instead of potatoes or just eat the snails alone with veggie.



Total: 45 min.

Ingredients:
10 pieces of snails
5 pieces of potatoes
Half cut green ball peppers
Half cut Onions
Two whole peppers
Pinch of thyme
Garlic
Sauce
Salt to taste

Directions:
1) Wash snails with lime juice.
2) Cook snails and set aside.
3) Cut potatoes into 4 pieces each, cook and set aside.
4) In a skillet, pour oil, let it heat up then add the cut onions, green ball peppers, garlic, thyme, salt and two whole peppers. Stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
5) Add the cooked potatoes and stir fry for 3 minutes.
6) Add the cooked snails and your choice of sauce, stir fry for an additional 5 minutes.
7) Enjoy!
